Not necessary, but very helpful in building and maintaining muscle. With protein-enriched drinks and bars are often used as a supplement for people who want to increase your protein intake. Other foods that contain much protein, so useful, but bars and drinks are often preferred for its comfort and added vitamins and minerals.
Well, I'm a vegetarian and athletes. I swim. I'm the fastest 200-meter freestyle in my state. : D
Gatorade, more than anything, something to drink, and I love pasta.
All athletes eat lots of carbohydrates like bread, cereal, pasta, etc.
Michael Phelps eats 60,000 calories a day. eat donuts, pancakes, EVERYTHINGGG
This question is not, but if a good amount of protein drinks, bars and natural foods, which only just better without it, if you have money or not.
