Hey guys, I wonder if someone could tell me if I'm serious. I am 27 weeks pregnant with my first child and the pain of all ... Shoulders and neck, back and ribs - "I have a headache almost every day, and my eyes are sensitive to light. I'm so tired, sometimes I fall asleep on the train to work and almost at the same time driving in bright light and heat. My feet hurt after standing alone for 3 hours.
